Hello, and welcome to Penguin Web. Penguin Web is a forum which was created by Jordan or Graphoil. The idea of reconstructing a never-being famous forum was a brilliant idea, and with that came Penguin Web Reconstruction. Combining time and knowledge of Forumotion I created this forum. Penguin Web is a great discussion board that not only Club Penguin enthusiasts can enjoy but also ordinary users, the creator of the forum is a Call of Duty maniac and even has a forum for it, so you kind of know what we mean by discussion board. This is the only board that is as interactive as it can be, with moderator badges next to the staff names, which is a great advantage amongst other forums who do not necessarily know CSS stylesheeting and Forumotion settings.
